About GNAA

The Greater Nashville Apartment Association represents owners, management

companies, apartment communities and suppliers to the multi-family industry.

In order to meet the diverse needs of multi-family professionals, the GNAA

involves all segments of our industry offering many benefits. Participation is

the key to the strength of this non-profit organization.

We are a non-profit professional trade organization representing the multi-family

housing industry. Membership to the National Apartment Association is automatic

through your membership in GNAA. We strive to keep you in touch with national

trends through publications, educational classes, meetings and conventions. Our

primary function is to protect the interest of individuals or firms involved in the

operation or management of multifamily communities.

If you are a company with supplies and services available to the apartment

industry, you have an excellent opportunity to network with owners, property

managers, and managers through our monthly membership meetings, conventions,

educational programs, and our annual trade show.

We invite you to become a member of our Association and participate

in the many programs it has to offer.

Mission Statement

The Greater Nashville Apartment Association's mission is to

enhance, provide, protect, encourage and to serve.

To enhance professional and ethical practices in

the multi-family housing industry in the Greater Nashville area.

To provide information, education and opportunity to our membership.

To protect the interests of multi-family housing owners and managers

through active participation in the local and national political process.

To encourage mutually beneficial business practices within our association.

To serve the citizens of Greater Nashville through active participation

and assistance in the needs of the greater community.

The GNAA is keenly aware of the importance of the Associate Member to

our Association. Keep in mind that membership does not automatically give

you an exclusive to the business of our regular members. You must do your

part to convince them that your product or service is the best.

(Note: Membership automatically renews annually and membership dues are paid on an annual basis.

Members may terminate this agreement as of the last calendar month of the year by giving at least 30 days

prior notice. However, if a member is dropped from the roll for non-payment of dues, monies or any

other billing, the entire annual dues and billing shall remain due and payable to GNAA. Additionally,

if litigation becomes necessary to collect any balance due, the Member agrees to pay any reasonable

attorney's fee in addition to court cost and all cost of collection. The Nashville Apartment Association

is a nonprofit organization that exists for the purpose of its members. Therefore, payment is due

within 30 days of receipt of invoices of all balances due to GNAA.)
